Kaltir provides business communication systems, automation infrastructure, lead conversion systems, and marketing support for service-based businesses. All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws.

Kaltir does not guarantee specific results including revenue, booked jobs, lead volume, or business growth. Results vary based on implementation, response speed, internal operations, and market conditions.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number through website forms, booking calendars, or other interaction points and selecting an optional consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from KaltirCanon based on your selected consent preferences.

This messaging program is designed to ensure optimal customer support, including responding to service-related inquiries and providing timely service updates.

• Account, estimate, invoice, and payment notifications

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 557-467-8571. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All services are provided under agreed pricing terms communicated prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use our services lawfully. You may not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the system.

5. Intellectual Property

All systems, automation frameworks, processes, and materials provided by Kaltir remain the exclusive property of Kaltir. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the system without written permission.

6. Performance & System Dependency

The effectiveness of our services depends on factors outside of Kaltir’s control including response speed, staffing, internal processes, CRM usage, and market conditions. Kaltir is not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or unconverted leads resulting from client-side limitations or delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaltir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data loss.

8. Data Use & Non-Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our services at all times.

10. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
